With Halloween dashing to greet us I believe the biggest thing is going to be what are the biggest Halloween Costumes for 2009? If we are on the lookout for the smash for this year then we will have to cancel home made or DIY Halloween costumes as clearly they are wholly original to the individual so are not really going to be the largest

For the makers this is a godsend as they have already got a number of costumes available and unlike when there’s a big smash hit film, they won’t have to spend cash and time coming up with a new costume, although we’re going to have to wait and see. As of now there’s the archetypal thriller costume, made famous by ‘that’ video, the Billie Jean costume, Beat It and Bad. There is also a variety of addons like wigs, gloves etc .
In the category of epic picture costumes GI Joe is patently going to come into the reckoning. GI Joe is still one of the preferred toys in the US and the fact it is now a ticket office hit can only enhance its probabilities of being the #1 costume this Halloween. Boys will want to get dressed up as their favorite toy/hero and now that they’ve a’real’ hero to look up to, you can imagine the need will be even larger. And as for us grown ups, who would not want to look like a muscle bound ninja!
Superheroes will make there standard appearance too and expect to see swarms of Batman Costumes both large and small. For the adults there are some seriously sinister Dark Knight costumes out there although for the very authentic ones you might be looking at masses of greenbacks. But it Might be worthwhile if only to electrify that young woman you’ve had your eye on!
